Renovation Information

Dear Valued Guest, Warmest greeting from Padma Resort Legian! First of all, on behalf of the management team, we would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere gratitude for choosing Padma Resort Legian as your holiday destination. As a form of our commitment to create the most memorable experience for our guests, we will carry out some development projects commencing on 11 th January 2016 in some areas including:

  1. Main Pool: Re-tiling and general upgrading. Expected completion date 31st March 2016

  2. New Swimming Pool at the Grass Lawn, expected completion date on the 30th June 2016

  3. Tenkai Japanese Restaurant renovation, expected completion date on the 30th June 2016.

We will close above areas and facilities during the project. Although some construction noise might be inevitable, we’ll certainly keep the disturbance to the minimum level.

During the renovation, our other three pools; the 104-metre Lagoon Pool, Kids Pool at Family Block and Infinity Pool at S.K.A.I. Beach Club, will be operating normally. And as the main pool will not be available from 11th January to 31st March, we’ll compensate the inconvenience of future guests who stay during such period by giving resort credit amounting to USD 30/day/room (Not applicable for Indonesian Credit Card Promotion). Alternatively, you may alter your booking to another period of stay or cancel your booking and get a full refund.

The Management



1. Resort Credit will not be provided on the departure day / check-out date.
2. Resort Credit is valid for Every reservations made through our online channels (except Indonesian Credit Card Promotion).
3. Resort Credit is valid for Every reservations made through our offline channels, whose country of residence are Australia, Japan and Europe.
4. Resort Credit cannot be used for room rate reduction purpose.
5. Resort Credit is valid for transactions in all resort outlets except Merry's Tour, Bali Travel Service, Taxi Service, On-Site Clinic, Sarasvati Boutique, Padma Spa by Mandara and other 3rd party services.
6. The resort credit has no cash value and will be applied to charges posted to the room and will be credited upon checkout.
7. Resort Credit is valid for the duration of guest stay only. Any remaining resort credit will expire upon checkout, it is not transferable to other dates or other room, non exchangeable and non refundable
8. Family Deluxe Chalet, Family Garden Club Chalet, Family Deluxe Suite and Two-Bedroom Balcony Suite are considered as 1 room thus resort credit is only valid for the parent’s room or main’s room.
